Amin Shokri

Electrical Engineer in Denmark — construction support, execution follow-up, technical coordination, commissioning readiness, and power systems.

About

I am an Electrical Engineer based in Denmark with experience spanning electrical design support, technical coordination, execution follow-up, QA/QC-related documentation, commissioning readiness, and handover support across industrial and energy-related projects.

I currently work at Semco Maritime, supporting onshore EPC delivery by working between drawings, BOQs, technical scope, supplier information, document control, quality workflows, and actual site conditions to help keep electrical works technically aligned and execution-ready.

Earlier in my career, I worked across MV/HV switchgear, substations, industrial electrical infrastructure, renewable-energy projects, and server-room / data-centre environments. My academic background also includes power electronics and grid-integration research, reflected in IEEE publications related to MMC, DG, converter control, and smart-grid operation.

Core focus areas

Electrical construction support Execution follow-up Technical clarification QA/QC documentation Commissioning readiness Handover support LV infrastructure MV/HV/LV systems Substations & switchgear Renewables & power systems
  • Strongest fit in office-based or hybrid roles close to real project execution.
  • Particularly interested in environments where structured documentation and practical engineering meet.
  • Comfortable working between engineering intent, delivery logic, and field reality.

Selected experience

Semco Maritime A/S — Electrical Construction / Execution Support Engineer
Esbjerg, Denmark · Aug 2025 — Present

Supporting onshore EPC delivery across drawings, BOQs, technical scope, supplier information, QA/QC, document control, and site conditions to help keep electrical works technically aligned and execution-ready.

  • Translate electrical scope into practical follow-up material such as work instructions, checklists, redlines, punch items, and handover-oriented documentation.
  • Support LV installation follow-up including cable routing, terminations, panel checks, and grounding / bonding observations.
  • Coordinate across engineering, suppliers, QA/QC, document control, and site teams to improve technical alignment and close-out quality.
  • Support technical clarification between electrical scope and practical site conditions, contributing to constructability and execution-readiness across project phases.
